Welcome to Carouselly. By accessing or using our web application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Your use of this site is also governed by our Data Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Carouselly provides a browser-based tool for creating seamless social media carousels. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. For common questions regarding usability please refer to our FAQ.
2. Use of the Service
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Carouselly.
- License to Use: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our tool for personal or commercial creative purposes.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use Carouselly to:
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.
- Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Service without our express permission.
3. Intellectual Property
Your Content (User Materials)
You retain 100% ownership of any photos, text, or designs you upload to or create with Carouselly.
- By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process, crop, and render your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- As outlined in our Privacy Policy, this content is cached for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Carouselly's Property
The Carouselly name, logo, code, UI design, and original templates are the exclusive property of Cardinal Blue and its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute our proprietary code or design elements.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Carouselly is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be:
- 100% error-free or uninterrupted.
- Compatible with every browser or device version.
- Perfectly optimized for every future update of third-party platforms (like Instagram or TikTok).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carouselly and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any loss of data due to our 30-day automated deletion policy.
- Any copyright infringement claims arising from the content you choose to upload.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Carouselly helps you create content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. You are responsible for ensuring your posts comply with the specific Community Guidelines of the platform where you share your carousel, and of course, these terms of service.
7. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of Carouselly at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
